Vivien Jinghui Wang
Vivien Jinghui Wang advises in matters related to trade remedies and customs compliance. Ms. Wang represents clients in a variety of international trade remedy proceedings before the Department of Commerce and International Trade Commission and related litigation before the U.S. Court of International Trade. Ms. Wang’s experience also covers a wide range of compliance and enforcement matters administered by Customs and Border Protection, including Enforce and Protect Act (EAPA) investigations, tariff classification, liquidated damages, protests, Section 301 exclusion, Country of Origin marking, and audits. Ms. Wang earned her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in 2018, where she was an editor of the American University Journal of Gender, Social Policy & the Law, and earned her B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2015.
