Merisa Horgan
Merisa Horgan has been a practicing international trade lawyer since 2019. Prior to graduating law school, Ms. Horgan worked as a paralegal for deKieffer & Horgan and held internships in both the Washington, D.C. and European office. Before pursuing her career in law, Ms. Horgan maintained a career in the government contracting field as a security analyst for the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence (OUSD(I)) and as an associate program manager for multiple Department of Defense (DoD) contracts. In addition, before attending college, Ms. Horgan enjoyed her time as a congressional intern for Congressman Andre Carson of Indianapolis, Indiana.
Ms. Horgan is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and New York Law School. She is a member of the District of Columbia bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
